During the last 5 years, COMPAR-EU has identified, compared, and ranked the most effective and cost-effective self-management interventions (SMIs) for adults in Europe living with one of the four high-priority chronic conditions: type 2 diabetes, obesity, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and heart failure.
From 26-27.10.22 we will organize our final research conference in Palma. Here we will present the key findings of our project, and we will also launch the main product of our study, an innovative information technology platform featuring self-management tools. Leading researchers in the field will be invited as keynote speakers, young researchers are invited to present their work in a poster presentation.
